What is the difference between the regular Reserve Wine Tasting & Silent Auction ticket for $110 and the Gold Pass ticket for $150?

The Gold Pass ticket allows 30 minutes early access.

Can I bring my child to any events?

Nobody under 21 is allowed at any event.

Can I bring my dog to any events?

Only service dogs are allowed but keep in mind that the Grand Tasting it is going to be very crowded.

Are there designated handicapped parking spaces at the Grand Tasting?

No

I am on crutches/in a wheel chair. Can I attend the Grand Tasting?

Yes, but it is very crowded.

Can I be dropped off/picked up by a friend/taxi/limo service at the Santa Fe Opera?

Commercial passenger vehicles: (yellow) taxis and hotel vans must proceed to the North security gate on Flea Market Rd. No private vehicles will be allowed. There is no parking for drop-off vehicles.

Can I take a wheel chair on the bus?

Yes, the buses are handicapped accessible.

Where do the shuttle buses leave from and how often do they run?

The free shuttle buses to the Grand Tasting leave from and return to the PERA building in front of the Visitors Information Office at 491 Old Santa Fe Trail. Free parking is available at that parking lot.
Bus service starts at 11am and runs continuously. The last bus leaves the opera at 4:30pm.

Do you have discounts for designated drivers?

No

Is there going to be vegetarian/vegan/gluten free food at the Grand Tasting?

Yes, some restaurants are going to serve those foods.

What is the difference between the regular Grand Tasting ticket for $150 and the Aspen Vista ticket for $350?

The Aspen Vista ticket includes valet parking, reserved seating in a separate tent, appetizers, water, coffee, dessert and wait service. Aspen Vista ticket holders have access to that separate tent at 12 noon, one hour earlier than the regular Grand Tasting ticket holders. They also have access to all food tents at 12:30pm, 30 minutes earlier than regular Grand Tasting ticket holders.

Aspen Vista tickets are wristbands, sold on the SFWC website. Regular Grand Tasting tickets are electronic tickets, sold through HoldMyTicket.

Is there going to be a seating area at the Grand Tasting?

Yes, please share the tables with other guests.

How do I purchase tickets to events other than the Grand Tasting?

Tickets for the wine seminars and the Reserve Wine Tasting & Silent Auction are sold through HoldMyTicket and have electronic print-at-home tickets.

All other Tickets are sold through the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta website www.santafewineandchile.org or by calling the office at 505-438-8060.

Will tickets other than electronic tickets be mailed?

We are not mailing any tickets. Tickets may be picked up at the Hospitality Desk/Will Call at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center at downtown Santa Fe, 201 West Marcy Street the week of the events from Wednesday, 9/21 – Friday, 9/23 from 9am – 5pm daily.

I purchased tickets but it turns out I can’t use them. Can I return them?

Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta Tickets & Purchases are not refundable. There is a bulletin board at the Hospitality Desk at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center the week of the fiesta where you can post that you have tickets for sale. There is also an online ticket exchange at www.santafewineandchile.org after September 12th. You must deliver your printed E-Ticket (or confirmation email with link to print all tickets on that order) or your wristband or paper ticket to the buyer. Santa Fe Wine & Chile/Hold My Ticket are not part of these financial transactions, and the transaction is between you and your buyer only.

I purchased electronic tickets but can’t go. Can I sell them and how?

Yes, you can. You can either forward the email with the link to print ALL tickets on that order to the buyer or print the individual ticket(s) and give the buyer the hardcopy. SFW&C Fiesta is not involved in the financial transaction.

I am looking for tickets to a sold out event. Do you have a waiting list?

We do not have a waiting list for sold out events. Starting Sept. 12th we are going to have a ticket exchange feature on our website where you can post that you are looking for tickets. Also at the Hospitality Desk we are going to have a bulletin board where tickets for sale/tickets wanted will be posted.

I purchased an E-Ticket Grand Tasting Parking Pass. How do I get to the Santa Fe Opera?

From Santa Fe, travel north on US 84/285 to Exit 168: “Tesuque Village/Opera Drive/ Ave Monte Sereno.” Turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
Then turn right onto the frontage road (“Opera Drive”) and travel 1.3 miles to the Parking Lot Entrance (Santa Fe Opera South Entrance). Attendants will direct you.
Please have your printed E-Ticket Parking Pass ready to scan at the lot entrance.
After being scanned, leave your E-Ticket Parking Pass on the dashboard of your car – it will be checked during the event.

Can I purchase posters and t-shirts online?

Yes, SFWC merchandise of past years can be purchased on the website. This year’s merchandise will be for sale on the website after the event.
