Where is the Hospitality Desk located?
From Wednesday 9/27 through Friday 9/29 the SFWC Fiesta Admin office is located at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center, 201 West Marcy Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501. The Hospitality Desk is in the lobby, business hours are 9-5 each day.

What is the new address of the SFWC Fiesta admin office?
The office moved to 217 E Marcy Street, Santa Fe, M 87501. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm.
The office will be relocated from Wednesday through Friday the week of the events to the Santa Fe Community Convention Center, 201 West Marcy Street, Santa Fe,NM 87501. The Hospitality Desk is in the lobby, business hours are 9am – 5pm each day.

Are there designated handicapped parking spaces at the Grand Tasting?
I am on crutches/in a wheel chair. Can I attend the Grand Tasting?
Yes, but it is very crowded and it might be challenging to maneuver a wheel chair or crutches.
Can I be dropped off/picked up by a limo service at the Grant Tasting at the Santa Fe Opera?
Yes, but commercial passenger vehicles like limos and hotel vans must enter at the South gate and leave through the North gate on Flea Market Rd. No private vehicles will be allowed. There is no parking for drop-off vehicles.
Can I take a wheel chair on the Grand Tasting shuttle bus?
Yes, the buses are handicapped accessible.
Where do the Grand Tasting shuttle buses leave from and how often do they run?
The free shuttle buses to the Grand Tasting leave from and return to the PERA building in front of the Visitors Information Office at 491 Old Santa Fe Trail. Free parking is available at that parking lot.
Bus service starts at 11:30am and runs continuously. The last bus leaves the opera at 4:30pm.
Do you have discounts for designated drivers?
Is there going to be vegetarian/vegan/gluten free food at the Grand Tasting?
Yes, some restaurants are going to serve those foods.
What is the difference between the regular Grand Tasting ticket for $150 and the Aspen Vista ticket for $350?
The Aspen Vista ticket includes valet parking, reserved seating in a separate tent, appetizers, water, coffee, dessert and wait service. Aspen Vista ticket holders have access to that separate tent at 12 noon, one hour earlier than the regular Grand Tasting ticket holders. They also have access to all food tents at 12:30pm, 30 minutes earlier than regular Grand Tasting ticket holders.
Is there going to be a seating area at the Grand Tasting?
Yes, please share the tables with other guests.
Is there going to be entertainment at the Grand Tasting?
Yes, there will be a live band playing.
I purchased a Grand Tasting Parking Pass. What are the directions to the Santa Fe Opera?
From Santa Fe, travel north on US 84/285 to Exit 168: “Tesuque Village/Opera Drive/ Ave Monte Sereno.” Turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
Then turn right onto the frontage road (“Opera Drive”) and travel 1.3 miles to the Parking Lot Entrance (Santa Fe Opera South Entrance). Attendants will direct you.
Please have your printed E-Ticket Parking Pass ready to scan at the lot entrance.
After being scanned, leave your E-Ticket Parking Pass on the dashboard of your car – it will be checked during the event.
What’s the location of the wine seminars?
The wine seminars are going to be held at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center, same location as Hospitality Desk.
Reserve Tasting & Silent Auction
What is the difference between the regular Reserve Wine Tasting & Silent Auction ticket for $110 and the Gold Pass ticket for $150?
The Gold Pass ticket allows 30 minutes early access.
What’s the location of the Reserve Tasting & Silent Auction on Friday?
The Reserve Tasting & Silent Auction is going to be held at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center, same location as Hospitality Desk.
Is there going to be any food at the Reserve Tasting & Silent Auction?
Yes, there will be appetizers by 8 restaurants.
Live Auction Luncheon
What’s the location of the Live Auction Luncheon?
It will be in the ballroom of the Eldorado Hotel.
Will tickets be mailed or can I pick them up at Will Call?
No tickets will be mailed and we won’t have a will call. Tickets to all events will be electronic print-at-home tickets issued through HoldMyTicket. After you place your ticket order online you will receive an email from HMT with a link for you to click on. Then your electronic ticket opens up. Please print it out and bring it to the event. It will be scanned at the door.
Can I bring my child to any events?
Nobody under 21 is allowed at any event including infants.
Can I bring my dog to any events?
Only service dogs are allowed but keep in mind that the Grand Tasting it is going to be very crowded.
I purchased tickets but it turns out I can’t use them. Can I return them?
Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta Tickets & Purchases are not refundable. There is a bulletin board at the Hospitality Desk at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center starting on Wednesday the week of the fiesta where you can post that you have tickets for sale. If you sell them you can either forward the email from HMT with the link to print ALL tickets on that order to the buyer or print the individual ticket(s) and give the hard copy to the buyer. Santa Fe Wine & Chile/Hold My Ticket are not part of these financial transactions, and the transaction is between you and your buyer only.
I am looking for tickets to an sold out event. Do you have a waiting list?
We do not have a waiting list for sold out events. At the Hospitality Desk we are going to have a bulletin board where tickets for sale/tickets wanted can be posted.
Are you selling any merchandise at the events?
Yes, at the Hospitality Desk Wednesday through Friday, at the Reserve Tasting on Friday, at the Grand Tasting on Saturday and online on our website.
