Join chefs Renee Fox of Loyal Hound, Eduardo Rodriguez of Coyote Cafe, Colin Shane of Arroyo Vino and Edgar Beas of Anasazi Restaurant match wine and food pairing-wits against our Sommelier Team: Master of Wine, Mary Margaret McCamic and Master Sommeliers Fred Dame, Tim Gaiser and Joe Spellman. Each of the four chefs chooses a wine to pair with their course as does one of the Sommeliers. Not knowing who picked which wine, it's up to the guests to vote and decide on the best pairing for each of the four rounds.
