Eric DiStefano (Coyote Cafe), Louis Moskow (315 Restaurant), Marc Quiñones (Luminaria) and Todd Hall (Julia at La Posada) go palate to palate against Master Sommeliers Melissa Monosoff, Joe Spellman and Tim Gaiser. Each of the four chefs chooses a wine to pair with their course as does one of the Sommeliers. Not knowing who picked which wine, it's up to the guests to vote and decide on the best pairing for each of the four rounds and which team wins.
