A James Beard Top Chef of the Southwest award winner, Chef Janos Wilder will demonstrate three dishes celebrating autumn in Southern Arizona from his new Tucson restaurant Downtown Kitchen and Bar: Ahi Ceviche with Willcox Apples, Radishes & Toasted Macadamia Nuts; Roasted Red Beet & Pima Golden Watermelon Salad with Basil, Mint, Feta and Minted Ginger Vinaigrette; Grilled Spanish Chorizo, Caramelized Pineapple, Black Beans and Green Chili-Lime Zest Espuma. Wines from Schramsberg Vineyards will be served with Chef Janos' tastes.
